Shipping
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of the purchase unless notified of back-order status. Please use your account to track shipments.
Returns
1) We will accept returns only with prior authorization. You may e-mail us at returns@mylifeworship.com, or call 805.270.5557. Include your name, e-mail address, telephone number, date of purchase, invoice number, and the description of the product you would like to return and the reason that you are returning the item.
2) Item must be new, in original condition and in the original packaging. Artwork, CD's, DVD's, books and oils ARE NOT RETURNABLE (unless they are defective or the original shrink wrap is intact).
3) Your request must be dated 60 days or less from the original invoice date.
4) There is a 15% restocking fee for all items returned (20% for unauthorized returns or returns without the confirmation letter included). Shipping/handling fees WILL NOT be refunded.
5) Of course, if we make an error, we will always make it right. Just call or e-mail us, and we will promptly take care of it. Your satisfaction is important to us! God Bless!
